At Birr Theatre & Arts Centre we support a range of visual art media in our exhibition space. We host regular shows from both emerging and established artists based locally, nationally and internationally. We are always on the look-out for innovative, distinctive and inspiring work to share with our local patrons.  Each show is the result of a thoughtful curation process either through invited projects, partnership with other organisations, and those selected or developed from our open submissions.

Birr Theatre & Arts Centre now invites submissions from professional practicing artists to exhibit in 2025/2026.  The exhibition program is open to professional artists working in all disciplines. Proposals should demonstrate the vision of the artist, how their practice evolves and how they stay true to themselves and relevant to their place in our world.​​
